Banana Republic Designing Virgin America’s New Uniforms!

 

Banana Republic‘s next collaboration is taking fashion to new heights–35,000 feet in the air to be exact–thanks to a new partnership with Virgin America.
The retailer, who has a habit of collaborating with less than expected partners, has designed uniforms for the airline’s 2,000 airport teammates, pilots and in-flight teammates. According to the press release, the uniforms, which will debut on Virgin America flights and at airports nationwide on August 8, 2012, will reference the airline’s colors, and will offer a fresh and modern twist on classic aviation looks.
