Marni: Fall 2013

Milan fashion week is turning into one big fur-for-all. Marni’s expertly-tailored, understated fall 2013 collection was, like Fendi’s, punctuated with statement-making fur.

Huge color-blocked fur scarves were paired with structured dresses and separates in grey or black wool twill. Brown fur accented the hems of blazers and skirts and, in the case of one evening-wear look, the criss-crossed halter straps of a dress. There were hairy fur capelets and huge mottled fur coats in grey-black and beige.
